I've tried ALL the products, including regular pedicures, so take my advice – this is the ONLY thing that will rid you of thick, cracked heels. Use it with soap (be cautious not to slip in the shower), start with the dark blue side, then flip it. After your shower, apply lotion. I promise you, within 10 days, you'll have baby-smooth heels, even if you're barefoot like me 24/7.
